Shipping & Delivery Policy


At Royale Dunes, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. We work with reliable logistics partners to ship our premium products across India

Delivery Timeline


We deliver to most regions across India, including metro cities, towns, and select remote areas.

Local Deliveries: 2–3 working days
National Deliveries: 5–7 working days
Remote or Special Locations: 5–9 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events (force majeure).


Dispatch & Shipping Schedule


Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday.
No dispatches are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery location, and applicable courier rates.
Any charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and courier name via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Tracking updates are usually visible within 24 hours of dispatch.
Occasionally, courier systems may delay real-time tracking updates due to technical reasons beyond our control.

As our products are perishable and edible, we follow a strict hygiene and safety policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once they are dispatched.
This policy ensures that all products delivered to our customers are fresh, unopened, and safe for consumption.
As we deal in perishable and edible items, we follow a strict hygiene policy and cannot take back or resell returned goods. This ensures every product you receive is fresh, untouched, and of the highest quality.
Exception: If your order is incorrect or damaged (see below), please contact us within the specified time frame.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries


If you receive:


A wrong product, or
A damaged item during transit,
please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos on WhatsApp or email. Our team will verify and arrange a replacement if applicable.
